Stampin' Up! Wonderful Year Day 3

Hi everone!

Welcome to the final day of my Wonderful Year stamp series! I am so excited to show you today's card.  It really is such a simple design, but it sure packs a punch!

My color palette today is Island Indigo and Copper!  I absolutely love it!

 

I started my card by using a Seasonal Decorative Mask, Versamark ink and the Copper Embossing Powder.  You can find the masks in the 2016 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog and the Copper Embossing Powder in the 2016 Annual Catalog.

I inked up the card base with the mask in place and then added the embossing powder and set that aside as I worked on my sentiment panel.

 

For the sentiment panel, I used the sentiment from the Wonderful Year stamp set and the ornaments from the Be Jolly, By Golly stamp set. I used a versamarker to add the string for the ornaments to hang. 

I coated the entire panel with the Copper Embossing Powder and then used my heat tool to heat the card base and card layer.

 

I finished the card by rounding the corners of the card layer and adhering it to the card base using dimensionals!
