There won't be any new videos posted today. Yesterday while Rob and I were purchasing groceries, I fell. I didn't fall all the way to the ground, but in stopping myself, I hurt my back and my neck. Ugh.
I don't think it's anything too serious. It just feels like I maybe strained a muscle or two. I should be back on Wednesday! I have missed you!
