Welcome to my last project of the week. This week I have been showcasing some of my favorite stamp sets from the 2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.
Today's card features the Wonderful Moments stamp set. I love how the bride looks stamped onto this piece of the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. I colored the image using some of our new Stampin' Blends.
