Snowflake Sentiments Glitter Embossing Paste Christmas Card

Hi everyone!

This is the next to last card using the Snowflake Sentiments Bundle from the new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog that goes live tomorrow!!!

It's rare that I get a chance to just sit down and play without an end product in mind. For today's card, I experimented with watercoloring, embossing, and I finally landed on coloring embossing paste with re-inkers and creating this gorgeous background!

I used Rich Razzleberry, Tempting Turquoise and Bermuda Bay re inkers and added a drop of each to a bit of embossing paste. I used a palette knife to spread it across this medallion masks from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks from the 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.

I really love how the colors blended together. While the paste was still wet, I poured on some of the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. Oh, my word, this thing is gorgeous in person!  I added some of the Bermuda Bay Stitched Satin Ribbon and added the panel to an Elegant Eggplant card base.

I stamped the sentiment onto Whisper White card stock using Elegant Eggplant ink and added it to the inside of the card.

I had so much fun creating this card. What do you think of these colors for Christmas/Holiday cards? Let me know down below!
