Today's card is rather simple, but the technique packs an amazing punch!
I used a piece of the new Petal Passion Designer Series Paper and did some spotlight coloring using my Stampin' Blends. This paper colored beautifully and isn't this card amazing?! I added a piece of the Black Shimmer ribbon and some white gel pen high lights. I love it!
