Hi everyone!
Happy Tuesday. I'm off to the eye doctor today, but before I go, I wanted to get this card up and posted. I try not to be a braggart about my creativity/projects/cards, but this week of cards is my best ever. I think you'll agree! I am so in love with each and every one of them. It's going to be really hard for me to let them go! Speaking of letting them go, my cards will be up for sale in my Etsy shop starting this Saturday, September 16th! I can ship them internationally! This week I am continuing to make cards using the Night in Bethlehem Bundle from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. I am so in love with this set. I know many of you are as well!
Today's card is a pop-up card! This came together much quicker than I anticipated!
I cut the largest cityscape out of Basic Black card stock. I did partial die cutting so that the bottom would be wider than it would be if you cut it as is!
I used a piece of the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper for the top of the inside panel. I love how it looks like a night sky! I used a piece of the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper to cut out the images. I love how they pop against this black background! Once everything was adhered, I stamped my sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and adhered everything inside with liquid glue!
I used a piece from the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper for the front and stamped the largest sentiment from the stamp set. I layered that onto a piece of the glimmer paper and finally matted it with a piece of Crumb Cake.
I am so in love with this card! I can't wait to make more pop up cards!
