The Jolly Fat Elf: Quirky Critters Belated Birthday Sloth-Glitter Embossing Paste

Hi everyone!

It's Wednesday. We are mid way through the week and I think we should celebrate that with this adorably cute sloth! It comes from the new Quirky Critters stamp set and I am in love! You can find the stamp set in the new 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog! Need one? Click here to request a copy.

I started this card with the new Stampin' Up! Embossing Paste. I absolutely love this stuff. It's so easy to work with and really pops on your projects. I used the cloud mask and some embossing paste to create the background on this card. Once I removed the mask, I added our gorgeous Dazzling Diamond glitter. That stuff is so super sparkly!

While waiting for the background to dry, I stamped my sloth and used the Layering Circle Framelits to cut the Berry Burst circle. This was my fist time playing with the color and it really is gorgeous! I added some Berry Burst to the sloth's body. I know it's not a color you would normally find on one, but it's an illustration and I do what I want! (Ha!)

I layered the circles and adhered them to the cloud layer and added the new Berry Burst Ribbon and Copper Trim. So pretty!
