Whew, it's hard to find product to use that hasn't completely sold out from the retiring list. However, it's pushed me to be even more creative and I think I have a card for you that it's pretty darn amazing!
I used the Balloon Adventure Stamp Set from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog, A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper Stack from the 2016-17-Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog and the Balloon Bouquet Punch which is returning for the 2017-18 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.
When punching the larger balloon, you end up with a smaller balloon. I added 2 to the inside of the card because I had made a small mark and I did not want to try to rip this out! I really like how it turned out!
