Glimmer Thank You-So Very Much

Hi everyone!

Oh gosh, it feels so good to be back crafting!  I have missed you guys! I am not back to 100%, but I am feeling well enough to try to craft!

This week I am going to be sharing with you projects that I make with the Sale-a-bration items from Stampin' Up!  This is the last month of Sale-a-bration. You can earn a free product with every $50 in my online store!

I can't believe it's almost over!  This year has flown by!  I am going to try to spend the next couple of weeks sharing product that I have not had a chance to share with you thus far!  I really hope you enjoy the next several projects :)

For today's project, I decided to make a batch of Thank You Cards using the So Very Much stamp set and the 6x6 Glimmer Paper Assortment Pack. The colors in the pack are Sweet Sugarplum, Bermuda Bay and Mint Macaron. I decided to use those colors for the card bases and the ink for stamping to create somewhat mono-chromatic cards!

When I am mass producing, I do everything in an assembly line process. I started these cards by cutting all of my Whisper White card stock.  Next, I scored my card bases and then cut them. It's so much easier to score first...and faster!  Finally, my cutting was finished after cutting strips of the glimmer paper. That's one tip for you today!  Cut strips of your glimmer paper instead of using a fuller piece. You can get the same look and save on paper!
After paper cutting, I moved to adhering pieces to the card bases. I added a layer to the inside and the largest layer to the outside of the card base!  Next step was stamping!  Since I have been having some issues with my hands, I broke out my Fiskars Stamp Press. If you have arthritis or any other issues that makes griping a problem, I really suggest this tool!
Finally, I adhered all of the glimmer paper to the sentiment panel and added the focal panel to the card bases!  It was really that simple!

Guess what?!?  You can use the link below to print out the coordinating tutorial which includes a picture, supply list, dimensions and instructions!  You can also watch the video of me making this project down below or over at Youtube!
