Faux Neon Friday-Basket Bunch Monster Bunny

Hi everyone!

 

Holy smokes everyone! It's March 31st!  It's the last day of Sale-a-bration 2017!  I cannot believe how quickly the last 3 months have passed! We are getting so close to Easter and then summer!  Don't forget my party tonight at 7 pm Central on my Facebook Page! Come party with me!

 

I loved yesterdays card and from your comments, I realize that you did as well!  I had this card in mind while making the other!  There's no PDF for this card, because it's really just about cutting out the elements you want from the Basket Bunch Bundle!

 

I started with the Yummy in My Tummy stamp set from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog.  I had to make him a monster bunny again! If you didn't get this stamp set from the March 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit, no worries!  You could really recreate these ears using the Layering Oval Framelits!

 

Instead of stamping him on patterned paper today, I decided to make him a white monster bunny. Since this is Faux Neon Friday, I decided to use Melon Mambo to color the inside of the ears, his paws and his belly!

 

I used my normal Faux Neon color palette for this card! I used Cucumber Crush for the basket. I made sure to layer it over white so that the detail would show! The eggs were die cut out of Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Tempting Turquoise.  The peeps were cut from Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight! 

 

Finally, I used a white gel pen to add some finishing details!  Don't you love him? He's so stinking cute!
