Hi everyone!
You ever have one of those days where an idea pops into your mind and you have no idea how it will turn out? Ever turn on the video camera when that happens? Well, I did just that. I had an idea for a centerpiece using the new Window Box Framelits from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. Click here to request a copy!
This idea came to me and I ran with it! You'll really want to watch the video below or over on Youtube to get a full idea of how it all went down :)
I started by using the Window Box Framelit and cut 2 6x6 pieces of Real Red card stock.
I used the heart inlay upside down on one box and right side up twice on the other! Make sure you use Tear and Tape adhesive or Fast Fuse to adhere your box. I think this box would hold a few pieces of chocolate or one of those electric tea lights!
I used the 4 largest fancy hearts from the Sweet and Sassy Framelit dies and cut 3 hearts of each size. In hindsight, I would have cut only 2 and planned to have a front and a back of the project. I adhered all of the hearts using snail and stamped the sentiment and adhered it as well.
I scored the bottom of the hearts and attached with Tear and Tape. I had to add some card stock to the back to help it stay up. Next time, I'd only use a few hearts and score the hearts a little further up!
