Inspiration Monday-Watercolor Words





 
 
Hi everyone!

For today's Inspiration Monday, I took inspiration from my last haul video! I pulled out my new Elegant Eggplant and Watermelon Wonder cardstock and happened to lay them against one another and I loved how that looked!  I knew that I needed to make a card with those colors asap!

 

 

I am so glad that I picked up the Watercolor Words stamp set.  I was totally on the fence when I saw this one and really thought that I would not pick it up.  I am so glad that I did!  I love the script of the font and love that it can be elegant or fun and playful.  

 

 

 

Don't you just love the white perfect accents?  For this card, I colored them with a silver sharpie marker.  They turned out fantastic!  Such a pretty color and a great size for cards. 

 

Finally, I added a small flower on my inside panel.  Normally, I am not one to decorate the inside panel because I want a place to write, but since I am not adding a sentiment....I think this little flower is a sweet addition.  Supplies are listed down below.  You can watch the process video here or over on youtube!
